Fire Sprinkler, Ltd. is a full service, family owned and operated, fire sprinkler system contractor.

Since 1988, we have been licensed to do business in the states of Virginia, North Carolina, and West Virginia with no restriction on job size.  We are also SWAM certified as a small business (VA DMBE Certification #659115).

We are proud of the close working relationship we have with many of the general contractors that we have done business with over the years.  Our goal is to get it right the first time to avoid extras and controversy later.

All design and hydraulic calculations are performed in-house and we have a licensed fire protection engineer (FPE) on staff.  Our designers and salespeople work with CAD drawings and are NICET certified in fire protection engineering technology and automatic sprinkler system layout.  We can generate 3D sprinkler system models for BIM coordination purposes.

We have highly experienced and skilled construction personnel.  Several of our foremen offer between twenty and thirty years of installation experience in the sprinkler industry. 

All of our pipe fabrication is performed in-house.  We maintain an extensive inventory of major sprinkler equipment in order to respond to emergencies or rush situations and we have always been in excellent standing with all of our suppliers.

Our main office is located in Campbell County (on U.S. Route 29, just south of Lynchburg, VA).  We also have an office and our fabrication shop located at 860 Tightsqueeze Industrial Road in Chatham, VA (just north of Danville – off U.S. Route 29).

We design, fabricate, install, service, and inspect water based fire sprinkler systems.  We have ample experience in new construction, as well as renovation and retrofit work.  Our contracts have included nursing homes, schools & colleges, warehouses, fire stations, government buildings, distribution centers, chemical plants, and hospitals.  We have installed wet & dry sprinkler systems, preaction systems, deluge systems, fire pumps, foam-water systems, and fixed water spray systems.
